1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

Welcome to AZADIGI (azadigi.com). These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of digital software licenses, access subscriptions, and developer tools made through our website. By placing an order, completing payment, or using our digital delivery service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Digital Products & Licensing

AZADIGI is an independent digital marketplace that provides verified digital licenses, genuine activation product keys, and digital account access for educational, professional, and personal use. All products are delivered purely in digital format without physical media. AZADIGI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of software manufacturers unless explicitly stated; all third-party trademarks, product names, and brand logos (e.g., Autodesk, Kaspersky, OpenAI, Microsoft) remain the exclusive property of their respective trademark owners.

3. Multi-Rail Manual Payment & Anti-Fraud Verification

To provide flexible global access and protect against credit card fraud and identity theft, AZADIGI operates a verified manual payment architecture:

  • Accepted Payment Rails: Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin BTC), Bank Transfer / SEPA, Wise, Revolut, PayPal, and Global Remittance (Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram).
  • Manual Review Workflow: Each submitted payment is manually reviewed and verified by a human specialist against our ledger before order approval.
  • Proof of Payment: Customers are required to provide payment confirmation (blockchain transaction hash TXID, official bank transfer slip, or receipt screenshot) containing the exact AZADIGI Order Reference.
  • Anti-Fraud Reserves: AZADIGI reserves the right to withhold delivery or request supplementary identification verification if an order displays suspicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent payment indicators.

4. Electronic Delivery & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Fulfillment of all verified orders is carried out according to the following standards:

  • Delivery Window: Standard digital delivery is fulfilled within 15 to 60 minutes following manual payment verification.
  • Operating Hours: Our human fulfillment desk operates daily from 09:00 to 22:00 Europe/Brussels. Orders received outside these hours are queued and prioritized for immediate dispatch at the opening of the next shift.
  • Delivery Channels: Credentials, license keys, and official installation guides are delivered to the email address specified during checkout and made available through the real-time Order Tracking portal.

5. Product-Specific Guarantees & Replacement Coverage

Every product catalog listing on AZADIGI features a dedicated, transparent guarantee window (e.g., 30-Day Guarantee for monthly subscriptions, 3-Month Guarantee for quarterly packages, and 1-Year Guarantee for annual software licenses). During this active guarantee period:

  • AZADIGI guarantees that the supplied license key or subscription credentials will function as described.
  • If an unexpected key revocation, premature expiration, or activation disruption occurs, AZADIGI will provide technical troubleshooting or deliver a free replacement key within 1 to 24 hours.

6. European Union & Belgian Consumer Rights Directive

Under European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as implemented in Belgian commercial law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts ceases to apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right upon activation.

However, nothing in these terms restricts statutory legal warranties regarding digital conformity. If digital goods are defective, do not match product descriptions, or cannot be successfully activated through no fault of the user, AZADIGI honors full corrective remedies, product replacement, or a complete refund under our Refund & Guarantee Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By purchasing on AZADIGI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact details (email and optional WhatsApp) to ensure timely credential delivery.
  • Safeguard received digital keys and access credentials against unauthorized distribution or public exposure.
  • Comply with individual software vendors’ end-user license agreements and system requirements. Reselling or distributing single-user licenses across unauthorized devices is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AZADIGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor policy changes, system incompatibilities, or improper user configuration. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed amicably through our support desk.
