  • Payment Verification Data: Transaction references, blockchain hashes (TXID) for crypto payments, or transfer receipts/slips submitted to confirm manual payment.
  • Order Tracking Credentials: Cryptographic tracking tokens generated to allow secure customer status lookups without public exposure of personal details.

3. Protection of Payment Proofs & Verification Slips

All customer-submitted payment proofs, transfer slips, and receipt files are uploaded directly to protected, non-public storage with strict server-level access controls. Payment proofs cannot be accessed via direct public URLs, cannot be indexed by search engines, and are accessible solely by authorized administrators through authenticated administrative sessions.

4. What We Never Collect or Store

  • We do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or cardholder banking passwords.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data to advertising networks or third-party marketing brokers.
  • We do not track customer browsing behavior across third-party websites.

5. Data Retention & Customer Rights (EU GDPR / Belgian Law)

We retain transaction records only for the period required to fulfill our product warranty commitments and satisfy legal/accounting obligations under Belgian commercial law.
